We ship across Canada estimated 5-8 business days after fulfilment. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

What if tracking shows "Delivered" but the package isn't received?

Unfortunately, if a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot reprint or refund it. We recommend checking with neighbours our your local post office.

What happens if an order is lost in transit?

If tracking shows no movement or delivery scan within 30 days of a shipment, contact us at hello@goosebumpgoods.ca. We will investigate and reprint or reship your order at no cost if it's confirmed lost.
